11 dpo symptoms

Hi all 11 dpo here ( ttc for four long years) for our third and last wee baby. I never really look at symptoms as I don't like to over think but this time I have had sore nipples even when car seat belt was on, I've been really hot, I've had increased appetite, really thirsty today, and 7 dpo 8 dpo I had sore back and legs. My usual p.m symptoms cramps and backache... so Just wanted some other lady's stories of possible symptoms leading to
