11 month sleep regression/ growth spurt?

My little girl is one in a couple of weeks and for around the last week to 10 days she has been a bit of a nightmare �� she was previously self settling for naps and sleeping through, now she will only settle if I rub her back else she just cries and stands up in the cot. She has really always settled herself so I find it strange this is happening now. She is also quite unsettled during the day. I wondered if this is a common problem around this age?

My sleep went down hill around 9 month though naps are actually better now. Its certainly common round this time to get regressions, all the teething and learning new skills. Its very hard for mummy! I now have to settle both mine as they would also just stand in the cot and I worry they could hurt themselves and fall,before they would settle on their own too, I think it helped they couldn't move much and just looked at their soother, no chance of that now

We've been having issues since 10 months after she was STTN since 3 weeks old!

Yesterday, 5 days shy of her 1st birthday I noticed she is cutting her first molar! I thought she was teething but she had no signs of her bottom lateral incisors coming in. No wonder she's been terrible. I'm hoping once it's cut all the way sleep will go back to normal
