11DPO Sharp Pain in Uterus When Standing?

I'm 11/12 dpo, and I've been having mild cramps today, until 20 minutes ago when I started feeling weird pain in my uterus. I stood up to go to the bathroom, and a sharp pain happened. I sat back down and waited for my uterus to feel better. I stood back up, no sharp pain, but it felt... Heavy-ish? I don't know how else to explain the feeling.

Am I looking too hard for symptoms?
