I have actually heard of success stories where hcg did decrease before increasing again, though they're very few and far between (suspected to occur when two embryos implant and one doesn't make it)

But no overall a decrease in hcgisnt a good thing

I also heard about it, but I think it's highly unlikely, especially since thy never saw anything in the uterus.

Today I would be 5w and 2 days. But I'm bleeding a little more, still no cramps. This morning my temperature went down to 37.1, which usually happens 2 days before my period, so I'm hoping it will go by it self hopefully ASAP, so we can start trying again I am so hopeful now that really soon I'll actually be pregnant full term and deliver a baby

One more thing They gave me a week off work! That's crazy, I tried telling them that my work is maybe stressful but not physical at all. The dr insisted and it's either that I stay home or he has to hospitalize me... That kind of scared me, I think they are afraid that it's still a hiding ectopic, they can't exclude it completely.

I've been spotting and lightly cramping over the weekend - nothing crazy but a bit concerning. Scan tomorrow so ill know better tomorrow.

I'm sorry its not looking good for you take the week to recover if you need it, but I wouldn't worry about ectopic (and being on bed rest wouldn't stop one from rupturing if it waa going to anyway)

Through all of this I started to understand how common spotting is in a normal healthy pregnancy, for example my sister had it with all her 3 pregnancies. Her first one she had spotting the whole first trimester, because of some cyst that was next to the baby.


So try no to get stressed over it. I wish you all the best and i hope soon we will catch up and be pregnant again. I heard women are extremely fertile directly after a MC so when the bleeding goes away its right back to business

Its amazing how this support system online and just talking to people has been helpful. What did people do before the internet seriously

Update for those that might stumble upon this thread later.

My beta ended up 85, 3 days later, which is considered good, and lessens the suspicion for an ectopic pregnancy, which is great.

Now i have to wait until its less then 25. Next blood test will be next week. hopefully it will be already below 25.

I feel physically great, but mentally i'm kind of confused.

I was hoping i would be the sample of how a decreased hcg can end up in a healthy pregnancy, didn´t really work out.

On to the next month, and this time we are going for the win

BTW.. Just noticing your international marriage status, I moved frm the states to be with my husband in Canada 4 years ago. Immigration is a real B ..but worth it for the one you love! I wish you all the best!

NDH- oh no, I'm so sorry. Maybe June will be a better luck for us. Yeah I moved to Israel for mine.. It's crazy, but I have good job and all is good. Just miss my family a lot.
Hcg 11, now. So now I'm waiting to ovulate again.
