12 dpo still BFN.. Despite symptoms

Hello future moms
Me 30 yr TTC 6 month .. I O'ed august 6 today im 12 dpo.. This is my third round of clomid 100mg; gonal 75mg and hCG trigger shot ..
I ve been experiencing intense cramps since 8dpo plus extreme fatigue and hot flashes.
No boobs tenderness no spotting.
I ve been PAOS since 9 dpo but nothing than BFNs.
I did a qualitative serum hCG 11dpo and came back negative.
Any hope???

I had hcg 10000 iu and the doctor said its gonna be in my blood for 14 days.. I tested 9 dpo and it was out of my body..
Is that odd
Anybody else???

When i got pregnant 8 years ago, I didn't get a BFP until 2 days after my missed period. I tested a couple days before AF was due and got BFN. So there is hope. I also had cramping during that week when I got bfn.
