12 Week Nuchal Scan - Do they give you results at the time or send them in post?

I am going for my nuchal date scan on Friday and wanted to know can they tell your risk just from a scan or should I wait to hear from the blood test to combine a more accurate result - how long does it take to get them back in the post? Need to know so we can start telling people yay!!!

I was told of my results immediately after. I had to do the blood work 3 days prior so they already had those results. Good luck and enjoy seeing the little one! It was truly amazing!

I got my meaurements and blood done the same day and have to go back to do the 2nd set of bloods 4 weeks after. I got the results for the nuchal (1.4) and the other details they collected that day given to me but those results will be combined with the 2 bloods to create an overall risk ratio which will happen about 1 week after the second set of bloods.
