12 week old waking every hour? Help!

I have a big 12 week old baby who weighs 17 lbs (10lb born) and feeds every 2hours during the day. He had been only waking once during the night for 4 weeks but now is like a newborn again, waking for food every hour. Can anyone tell me how long this might last or if its also happening to them? He is EBF. Soooo tired!!!!

Hopefully a growth spurt.I've had several nights like this. Someone told me to make sure they were getting the hind milk.

they definitely go through phases. i know its easy for me to say now but i used to get my hopes up every time Raphaelle only woke once, or twice or three times etc and then the next week she would be back to every hour. it sucks but it passes. thats all i can say i'm sorry and i hope it doesnt last too long
