12 week ultrasound concerns... any nub guesses?!!

What do you all think?! HB was 173 The baby has his or her tongue sticking out the whole time and it made me really nervous, but the tech didn't remark upon it.... I mean it was out almost the entire time. Is that normal?

yeah judging by the first picture
i would be you anything is a boy
because of the angle of the nub
its angled up which indicates boy and not parallel with the end of the spine
like it would be if it was girl

I don't know about the tongue thing, maybe he was sucking it? I did it as a baby.. I still do it when I'm relaxed and I'm 25 now, lol.

If the sonographer wasn't concerned then I'm sure it's fine. You got some very cute pics!!
