12 weeks cramping tmi diahrrea

n some bad period pains no bleedling or anything

I'm almost 12 weeks and I've had a little cramping and diarrhea too. Maybe its due to hormones since the placenta starts to take over?

It could be indigestion. I have IBS and it's usually triggered by some sort of hormonal influx so I'm more prone to it when AF arrives or when I am pregnant. I had a huge attack right around 12 weeks too. I had MASSIVE cramps and I felt this horrible pressure pushing down. At first it felt like it was pushing down on my cervix so I was petrified it was another miscarriage but thankfully it turned out to be diarrhea. Never been so happy to have diarrhea in my life. LOL

I have heard my baby's heart beat since so I don't think it would affect the baby.
