13+3 scan pic, gender guesses please?

Firstly please explain to me how people say boy/girl as would like to do it myself lol!

Secondly had this scan done yesterday, couldn't believe how big jellybean had got to our 9 week scan! What are your guesses? Me and OH automatically thought straight away boy for some reason, no idea why.... would really like a girl but either as long as healthy would be nice!
