13w nub or skull theory gueeses please

With what i know skull looks like girl but nub is a boy. The ultrasound lady was pretty confident it was a boy but i dont know.
anyone want to have a guess?

Ive thought it was a boy from the start so im kinda really thinking it does look like a boy. Another 6 weeks till i find out, thats along time to wait!!!!
