Congratulations baby2012 and Carhr! Wish I would follow suit! I am 40+3 and counting not even a twinge or anything 
I have been focusing on housework that makes me really move my body a lot, so today I will wash the windows inside and out of half the house and hope that helps! I have just changed the bedsheets and have several loads of washing to do which will keep me pre-occupied for most of the day!
