Okay, so I just turned 14 weeks on Sunday. I was laying in bed this morning, flat on my back, when I felt this tightening sensation in my uterus, and when I moved my hand over my belly it was really hard. I look down and noticed this lopsided bump pushing out on the right side, while the left side remained flatter in appearance. After a few moments it disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else. I want to believe it was the baby pushing against me in that spot, but am unsure if that is even possible to notice such a prominent bump from the baby pushing when I am only 14 weeks??? Any opinions or personal stories?

Definitely could have been baby pushing :)

When my LO pushes against me, it feels just like a BH contraction only in one spot instead of my whole uterus. Just feels tight and bulgy. :)

Agree with above! I found when I woke up sometimes the side I was lying on bulged out and was harder and that turned out to be baby!

well its good to know im not crazy! I said the same thing yesterday morning and my mom was like ooo no hunnie its way too early!! HA wait till i tell her!... This is my first pregnancy past 8 weeks so its easy to believe what the "experienced" moms have to say! same deal when I told them I've been feeling our lil one wiggling around! -enjoy your bumps-

I wake up to a pushing sensation when if I am laying on my back since 13 weeks! It feels like it gets tight and I feel tiny bubbles.

& This is my first pregnancy :)

aw that is so precious! maybe the bubble feeling is the baby moving...I have heard ppl compare it to flutters but have yet to experience that. I really hope though the bump was the baby...I really don't know what else it could have been.
