I have carried on weaning my son as he is enjoying the baby rice, I think PERSONALLY everyone has there own reason, and I know for a fact he will not last till 6 months. Also there is no rush, no wanting to force my son into something he doesnt want to do. But purely I dont want my son to feel starving or ill and the fact HE is wanting to be wean not out of my own selfish needs.... Sorry ladies but some of you are coming across this way.
But by feeding your baby solids and at such a young age you will be making his stomach hold more than it needs to. Thus in turn will mean he will eventually need more and more to fill him up. Vicious circle. He isn't going to feel starving or ill

He is probably going through a growth spurt and things would have settled down again but you haven't given it chance to do so. As someone else said before, you asked for advice but then took offence to it. You are also going against WHO/NHS/medical guidelines by weaning at such a young age (and what baby can tell you that he/she wants to be weaned at 14 weeks

, it was probably just a growth spurt as I said before).....
As I said before, your baby, your choice but why ask for advice when you have made your mind up
