14 weeks on - pain when walking - Episi or spd?

Hiya Girlies,

As the title says really! I'm getting an atrocious pain/serious ache when I walk.. now, all this time I was assuming it was my episiotomy, and the muscle repairing, and I have been saying to DH "Feels like I've been kicked in the crotch" However its just dawned on my today, that, that is exactly what I said when I had SPD! If I go for a walk with the pram, then usually that evening Im crippled over the sofa in more agony that it was to walk in the first place!

I'm not sure whether this pain/ache is the cut healing (still! - did have an infection + anti-b;s to clear it) or whether I still have the SPD which I had at 27weeks onwards, and I just didnt notice it after birth due to all the other pain etc.

Anyone else got the same kinda problem? and if you did, any idea what it is!!?

I would speak to your HV though, she may be able to advise you on how to ease it
