14 weeks pregnant, specks of blood

Hi everyone
I am 14 wk 3 days pregnant and for the last week or so I have experienced light barley noticeable specks of blood on my underwear or when I wipe. Wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't been so paranoid the last 14 wks. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I work in L and D and see my doc every few days at work so you think that I would just ask him... but sometimes we are so busy that I just don't want to bother him! I have an appt next week so I will for sure talk to him then. Have checked out baby on our ultrasound ( the perks of working in L and D) and everything appears to be fine. Just wondering if any others have experienced this?

I could have written this, I had a big bleed at 13 weeks and also work in maternity dept, they had no prob at all checking me out! Do it hon, if only for piece of mind x
