15 Month old still a baldie?

When did your childs hair grow in? I'm noticing other babies, now toddlers walking around with a full head of hair and my baby girl is still pretty much a baldie..how come?? She's got some hair growing in the center of her back but not on the front or sides. Is it something in a childs diet?

My mom says I was bald till I was almost two and my first son was the same and what little hair he did have was so light it couldn't be seen. His hair didn't actually become noticeable till almost 2 and a half! I don't think it's diet related, I think it's more of a generics thing but I may be totally wrong!

It's just genetic. Some kids are born with lots of hair, get lots of hair really early, some don't. I didn't have any hair until I was 2. My daughter was pretty much the same way. She was still pretty bald at 15 months. She's 2.5 now and has a full head of (still short) curly hair. I try to see it as saving us a lot of trouble and expense with styling and cutting it for awhile.

It's absolutley genetic. Both my DH and I were bald until 2 and my LO was the same way (actually, a bit longer). She was still completely bald at 15 months.

Now at 3 she has a ridiculous amount of hair, very very curly and thick. It still looks short because her curls are so tight but when it's wet it goes past her shoulders.

It's funny because she gets multiple compliments on her hair every day now after going so long without any. It was worth the wait.

My girl is 12 months and despite being born with quite a lot of dark hair, she is yet to grow much of it back! It makes her look so little and babyish lol. She has recently gained a bit of growth on the top and a slightly longer monk fringe around the back but she doesn't really have any significant hair.

She must take after me - I had dandelion fluff until I was about 2, but have more than made up for it now!

My daughter was born with loads of hair! I was so happy! She gets it from her dad cause I was a bald baby. Haha
