15 mths almost & getting stuck for ideas!!!

Any sample menus for this age range please? I am getting stuck!!! Ok for breakfast & lunch, it is mostly tea/dinner that I am struggling with - him being a very boisterous lad who tends to throw / stick his hands in / squelch / crush / tip all over the place whatever I try to give him. He is not very good with a spoon as he is too interested in destroying the food, but will eat with a fork quite well, failing that will use his fingers.

From the sounds of it anything without a sauce or anything thats too runny should see you well if he's the messy type

Sorry no advice on menu's but im sure one of the others will eb able to help
