15 week gender u/s...anyone had one??

Hey everyone! I am thinking about getting a gender u/s done next friday and by then I will be 15 weeks and a few days. I can't wait til my 20 week u/s! Have any of you ladies had one done this early and it be right? Thanks to all and God bless!

I had mine at 15+6 and it's been confirmed at every scan since (all 3!). Good luck hunni!

We were told at our 14 week scan, but they weren't 100% then as they couldn't get clear shots. They've confirmed at 16 and 18 weeks though.

Our private scan place here wont do gender until 16 weeks coz they say it could be wrong easily...

I was gonna book mine for 16 ended up chickening out coz I was scared id buy stuff and it would be wrong

I'm getting a private scan this weekend (ill be 16 weeks) but the place offers them as early as 15, so I'd say as long as the baby is coopertive and your technician is skilled you should be able to know at 15!

At 14+3 I got told I was having a boy but 2 scans since have said girl. In my 1st pregnancy I found out I was having a boy at 16 weeks

I was confirmed a baby boy at 15 weeks and so far its still a baby boy ;D Goodluck!!

15+4 clearly showed boy for us! And I've had a test since which has confirmed 100% boy so it was def correct for us xxx

Dont' laugh at me (lol) I was very impatient this pregnancy, I think because I knew it is most likely my last, and it was so different so I just had to know the sex- so we paid for a private gender at 15+1, which was very clearly girl! I than started reading horror stories (that's what I call them) about gender being wrong that early, paid for another one at 18 weeks and she was still all girl, and than at my anatomy scan at 20w 4days she was still a she! So I say GO FOR IT! and don't believe everything you read on the internet- now with that said I def. did not start buying things until after my anatomy scan (that's personal preference though I don't like to jinx things) but as long as your sonographer sounds sure- than you can probably be fairly confident in what they tell you! good luck!!!

yay! I'm getting excited! If they say girl I will be a little more unsure, but it seems hard to mistake a boy, lol.

We were confirmed girl at 15/2 then confirmed girl at 18 and then at 20 it is clearly a boy. We went again at 21 and he was still a boy. If wait a bit if you can...

I get scans every four weeks and was told at 16 weeks I was having a girl (very clear pic), confirmed at 20 weeks. 16 week pic is attached.

I have loved reading everyone's responses. I'm still going to go, but I am not announcing the gender until after my 20 week anatomy scan just to double check with the doctor! I am also impatient like another one of you said b/c this pregnancy is going to be my last pregnancy and this pregnancy has been VERY easy compared to my last one (so far ) I will be cautiously happy about what that say! But really, a healthy baby is all we really want! Congratulations to all of you and thanks so much for the replies!
