15 weeks, freaking out, looks like an alien, girl or boy?

I really don't even know what I'm looking at and frankly I'm worried there's something wrong with my baby because this picture looks nothing like any other 15 week ultrasound I've ever seen. Can someone please help me make heads or tails of what it is I'm looking at? The doctor said 80% sure it's a boy but it doesn't even look like a baby. He didn't say there's anything wrong but I'm still really worried and might go back in early for another scan.

I see the alien head. Tbh I think your tech just gave you a crap photo. I'm not a tech but I think the right side is the head (not the alien head side) in side profile because I see a button sticking out (possible nose) and a possible ear... The more I look the i am convinced that is a side profile of a head...

I agree with Dobby. Think you got a lazy tech lol sorry, I'd be frustrated too! But the circle on the left is the head looking towards the right. The rest is hard to decipher.

I think your baby's head is bottom right and the body is on left going upwards... But he really has not done a very good job of the pic for you I'm sorry x

It looks like LO is headdown, on the right side looking to your left. It is a very poor quality picture, how was the imaging while you were having the scan, could you make out more? I'm sure LO is just great, although I'd be a little suspicious about gender if the tech was guessing off imaging of that quality tbh.
