15months TTC #1... Why does everything keep coming out normal?

Hi! I am hoping for some advice or words of wisdom because I am losing my mind! DH and I have been TTC for 15 months and decided it was time to see a fertility specialist. Sperm count/motility and all that good stuff came back perfect. I have been using OPK's every month and get strong positives between CD 15-17 and am very regular. The fertility specialist thought it must be a blockage but my HSG came back GREAT. He was really happy about that- but for me it was kind of like- well at least a blockage would explain why I am not getting pregnant. Now the next step is an ultrasound at my next positive OPK. Im not really sure what the next steps are now. I feel like everything is coming back normal but there is clearly something going on. The radiologist said maybe the HSG flushed out whatever may have been in my tubes but the DR didn't seem to like that idea. The DR mentioned that maybe I have "low" ovulation but I don't really know what that means.

Thoughts? Anyone have a similar experience? I really appreciate any help!!!
