16 and Just found im pregnant !

So im denise. I was 13 days late on my period so i decided to take a test two days ago and it turned out positive. I am soo scared ! How did you guys tell your parents? Thats the one thing im worried about. I just need to talk to people that are going through the same thing or have been im terrified!

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I hope you have a very happy & healthy 9 months. In regards to your parents, I always suggest telling them face to face and just being straight up and honest. You know there's no getting around it and it will eventually have to be done. The sooner the better, as well.

It's your call when but the sooner the better, IMO.

I told them separately. My mother first and then my father.

Hey hun congrats on your pregnancy, Im Lisa,19, and 25 weeks pregnany with a boy. Just tell them.. There really is no other way to tell them without saying im pregnant! I was not worried bout tellin my parents, but your parents probably arent much like mine. But good luck hun itll turn out ok jus make sure you tell them before they find out.

Thanks everyone i've decided to tell them in the beginning of next month because everyones really excited for christmas. But i am going to tell my mom first because i live with my dad i know he will kick me out. I hope it turns out good !

Im 16 too and I just found out 3 weeks ago. I told my mom the next day and you'd be surprised how understanding your mom can be.

I wasnt planning on telling my dad but obviously he had to find out and when he did he ended up being the supportive one. Obviously youd expect your dad to flip out but usually parents get over the shock pretty fast and start worrying about the future plans.

So dont be scared about their reactions because in the end they'll just want to help you get through it

I'm Chelsea. I am 23 and expecting #3. I have a 7 year old and a 3 year old. I told my mom first (called her at work - don't recommend that). She was very understanding though. You'd be surprised at how understanding mothers can be when it comes to this type of thing. But I agree that you should tell her sooner rather than later. Good luck

Hey girl i'm here to talk if you want to... I was 14 when I found out I was preggos with my son..Its been 8 years now and im so glad I had that little boy... As for telling my parents I waited till I seen a doctor, she gave me an ultrasound told me I was 6 weeks and 4days. I went home and told my mom I went in for my normal year apt and handed her the pic.... She was very mad at first but accepted it!

What!? That is absolutely horrible! You NEED to tell them asap, and tell the police about what happened as well. You think the baby is your......dads?
