Apart from what I can only assume is a cold (sneezing, congestion & headache), I've been feeling fairly normal. I did vomit a couple of times while I was on a cruise (Dec 4th and 11th) but otherwise I just don't feel pregnant?

This is my first pregnancy and I've googled and I know the signs going away is normal in the second trimester but I'm just so worried? My biological mother had a large number of miscarriages and I'm terrified for the potential of a missed miscarriage.

I've got a doctor's appointment today, but I'm feeling so nervous waiting for it :( I just want to hear the baby's heartbeat!

Aw I know it's a huge worry. It's deffo normal to be feeling that way though. Have you had your appointment yet? How'd it go?
I haven't got any symptoms, but luckily I've been feeling baby move from 16 weeks. This is my second pregnancy though.
Fingers crossed for you xx

I am almost 26 weeks pregnant and outside of feeling him move (been feeling him since 17 weeks) I dont have much in the way of symptoms either,

You do have to remember that they call the second trimester the honeymoon phase for a reason! A really large amount of women have very few symptoms in their second trimester and report it as the best they feel all pregnancy. So, I would just enjoy it for now because that might change near the end of this trimester. :p

I;m sure you and baby are doing wonderful!

My symptoms have practically disappeared since 16 Weeks as well! I actually feel almost back to my pre-pregnancy energy levels- if I didn't feel all the prodding and tapping going on inside I may actually forgot I was pregnant!

Compared to first tri and the first couple Weeks of second tri I consider feeling good a blessing as before this I really used to feel horrid. I practically slept thru half my first tri!

Hope your appointment goes well- I know the worry never really leaves us, but at least at your appointment u can get some reassurance and get to see your lil baba too! Seeing them moving around always makes my day I just love it! Goodluck!

Thanks so much for all the replies! I'm sitting in the waiting room for the doctor, now, and will report how it goes. :)

2nd trimester is the most comfortable of all. Aside from baby kicks and the belly getting in the way from time to time...feeling normal...is 'normal';)
I know it's hard not to worry...but likely everything is fine with baby.
Try to relax and enjoy this stage of pregnancy, it's goes by so quickly

2nd trimester is the best!!!

I was sick from like 5 weeks to 14/15 weeks really badly. Lost loads of weight. Now it's FINALLY stopped. I was also so tired I couldn't function but I've got my energy back.

I don't feel pregnant at all. Got no bump. Got no real symptoms now other than maybe peeing more than usual. However I had a scan saturday and all is as it should be :)

I think from like 14ish weeks to 25 are the nicest because the rotten first trimseter symptoms fade and you aren't big enough to be totally uncomfortable yet

I'm feeling normal I was sick up to 13/14 weeks but then it subsided a lot .. now I don't even feel pregnant :dohh: .. with my first I didn't have anything throughout only reason I knew I was pregnant was due to movement and my belly growing and obviously scans

I know its hard to not worry I do still mainly because of previous miscarriages but big :hugs: any concerns just ask away with the doctors/midwives they will hopefully ease your mind

I did not even really have symptoms in the first trimester even and now aside from my bump and the kicks I don't feel pregnant. I hardly even have ligament or growing pains.
It can be very normal. Not everyone is sensitive to hormonal changes.

Totally normal! DD was such an easy pregnancy with few symptoms, and this one has been pretty easy as well (beyond the exhaustion, but I'm blaming some of that on an active 2 year old). Enjoy it, and I hope the appointment went well! :)

Hey, you really don't need to worry yourself.. throughout my whole pregnancy I had no symptoms whatsoever, everything was just so smooth. Apart from the bump I didn't even feel pregnant lol, managed to even stay at work untill 38 weeks. only back pain in the last couple of weeks (overdue by 2weeks) some people get it so rough so you should enjoy it whilst it lasts.. so unless the doctors tell you otherwise you shouldn't worry at all :) xx
