16 weeks and officially in 2nd Tri **Heart Beat rate**

Hello All!

I am moving over from first tri!!

These 16 weeks have pretty much flown by!! I have had my 16 week appointment today and all bloods normal etc etc

Baby Jay's Heartbeat was measuring 140-150 bpm...

What does anyone know about gender and HB rates?!?!

Well as the old wives tale goes, if the heartbeat is high it's a girl, if it's low it's a boy. But I have heard many people say this wasn't the case for them, so difficult to know really!

DS was usually between 160-170 and obviously he was a boy. lol.

My daughter's hb was always 165+.

This baby is always 165+ too..... my instincts are telling me this is another girl, not just by the fast heartrate
