Was waiting and counting down the days for this unbelievable tiredness to lift at about 13 weeks but it hasn't changed at all.

I'm still ready for bed at 9pm, but worse dying for a nap all afternoon and now even in work in the morning I can't concentrate at all as I am so darn exhausted.

Not sleeping great at all but it's a different sort of tiredness anyway. Limbs like lead, brain not in gear, feel like crying if asked to do anything etc ...

With DS, I was full of energy by 13 weeks so I can't believe it hasn't happened this time.

Anyone else?

Should I expect this just to last until baby is here :)cry:) or does anyone have any experience of it lifting a little later??

Im 17 weeks but i havent been that tired i think it might be cos i lost my job cos i was so sick and now just sit around at home all day and also dont have any other children.

I have noticed in the last week or so ive been getting tired earlier at night but thats about it.

Sorry i cant help but i hope it gets better for you soon xxx

Mines seemed to lift around 16 weeks and it was fab :) then the minute I got to 21 weeks, its been back with a vengeance :( in the past 2 weeks, I have only managed 3 days without a nap. I am having a terrible time through the night with heartburn and leg cramps, so that deffo has something to do with it. Hope yours eases up soon xx

17 weeks and always tired! But Kitten-B we both also have toddlers! I don't know about yours but my DS is super active and he tires me out! I'm not sleeping as well :( I figured I'm probably not going to have much sleep for the next couple years, I might as well get used to it

I felt like a zombie all 1st tri until about 14 weeks, then it slowly tapered off but was still there and I found I got tired pretty quickly.... I still get tired while doing a lot but I can manage without napping for 2 hrs each day. I also work at 5AM so I'm nearly dead tired by 8ishPM.

I am more tired now then ever ! and MS and nausea still appears.

But un like 1st trimester at least we have our baby kicks to make us smile and remember why we dont mind being exhausted and having our head stuck down the toilet at 6.15am !!

I'm over 20 weeks and still feel terrible other nuns I have asked said feeling more energetic is a myth. I am on my way home after work for a nap and it's the only thing that I have looked forward to all day

For this part, have you had your iron levels checked recently? I was feeling this exact way, limbs like lead and constantly foggy. My midwife ran some bloods to check and turns out I'm aneamic. I see my Dr tomorrow to pick up some iron supplements and hopefully some info about how to tailor an iron rich diet when your vegetarian, have all day sickness and massive food aversions, lol
Maybe worth checking honey, just on case.

I will be 22 weeks tomorrow, and I am still waiting for energy. I have to keep myself awake because if I fall asleep after I eat my blood sugar goes up. I am lucky to not be working and lay in bed as much of the day I can. My cats seem happy with this arrangement as they love to curl up by me.

I am still waiting to get my energy back as well. I am so exhausted after getting home from work. . I can barely manage to take the dogs out or make dinner. . much less clean or do any organizing for the baby's room. Poor hubby must think I am such a lazy butt :haha: He is very sweet and helps me out alot!!
