18 weeks, need help please x

Hi ladies, I had an unofficial ultrasound scan at 18 weeks and managed to get this shot of my baby, Would any of you be able to tell me please if what I see by his/her leg is a penis. Sorry about the poor quality, it's a picture of a photo on my phone as my phone wouldn't allow me to upload. Thank u x

Well, this is what I thought! I have my gender scan on 30th July so I'll update u all then. I love not knowing and guessing but I'm so impatient at the same time

I could be wrong of course, but I have 2 boys and I'd definitely say by 18 weeks baby would have more manhood than that. Also there's no sign of a scrotum bump. Keep us updated

Ok, I have another shot taken tonight. As a nurse, I have friends in the right places haha, here's a potty shot. I've clearly decided now I know what it is haha! Can anyone else see what I see? x

Well well...... Had my scan yesterday, 80% of the scan was perfect but the baby wasn't filling and emptying it's bladder properly so I have to go back next week to make sure all is well. And..... Baby was bum down and legs crossed so there was ZERO chance of determining the sex. She said they should tell me next week hopefully, gggrrrrr I'm so impatient!

Definitely girl. A boy at 18 weeks would have a larger protrusion on that profile shot, looks more like swollen clitoris. And the potty shot clearly has 3 lines. So at your gestation I'd say pretty safe to bet on a girl.

It's a girl!!! Her bladder filled and emptied perfectly this morning! We couldn't be happier to be having our second girl but have already had the 'never mind, you can try again for a boy' comment. How rude can people be?

Congrats! Don't listen to people! I would love to two of a kind, and no, if this baby's gender is a boy, I wouldn't be trying for another, because I wanted my DS and this baby regardless of gender.
