Obviously I am...I check with my doppler on almost a daily basis. However, he doesn't move! He made a sudden jump a few days ago, from being down by the pubic bone to up by my belly button, but he's always in the same spot...he seems to move a bit, but I don't know that I've felt him or not. I think I've felt him a few times, but that's it. I try to purposely antagonize him by poking and bouncing the way the ultrasound techs do, but I don't feel a thing, internally or externally.
I was told at my 15 week elective ultrasound that I have an anterior placenta...so I think I'm getting impatient.
But I also don't get up to pee a lot at night...sometimes not at all. I have no real cravings, not really much at all.
I have no bump, haven't gained weight....
If it weren't for hearing his heartbeat, getting tired easily, back pain and having nighttime leaking nipples, I would seriously be wondering if I was imagining this pregnancy!

I felt exactly the same way a week ago. My "bump" seemed too soft to be a real bump. I had and still have no cravings, sickness, symptoms. I don't have a doppler, so I didn't even know how the baby was doing until appointments. Only until recently have I felt movement, no hard kicks yet though.

I realize it changes so quickly. I went from feeling I wasn't pregnant, to having movements as my only indication of being pregnant.

I wouldn't worry about lack of symptoms if your midwife is happy with your progress & your scans were fine. I have friends at work who had little to no symptoms except feeling a tad tired in the last few weeks before their babies were born so it's not uncommon. I'm really happy to be pregnant but I'd give up all the pregnancy symptoms in a heartbeat if i could believe me!

I am similar to you, since getting through this first trimester and hitting the second my appetite has gone way down and its back to normal basically, I also have such a tiny bump that I purposely push it out when people are around lol otherwise you would not tell I was pregnant, it just looks like I have gained a bit of weight on my tummy but it looks nothing like my mother or cousins or sister in law did at 19-20 weeks with their first, they looked pregnant and had felt kicks by 20 weeks but my bub has not moved or kicked either. Aside from the odd rumble and flutter. i worry the baby may not be alive  is that normal? since there is no kicking and my bump is not huge, I do get concerned the scan on monday will reveal a dead baby

sorry I cannot offer you help but at least your scan has revealed a healthy baby boy so he is probably just a bit shy right now ;)

I'm a bit tired and still feeling sick, but I don't look pregnant (maybe a bit fatter than a few weeks ago) but can't feel the baby yet. Bof.

I feel the same as you. No movements to really speak of and dont feel any different than before I was pregnant. I get regular ailments but I dont generally feel pregnant. Wish the baby would move on a regular basis!!

Hi at 12wk scan both placenta's were marked as anterior and I had been wondering why I'd get odd movements then nothing for days I found out on here that anterior placenta is at the front of the womb therefore blocking the feeling from the front of tummy so that explained why I only ever felt it at the sides. I'm 19wks tomorrow with twins and hardly feel anything at all. All other pregnancy symptoms have gone besides the SPD which is getting worse I guess its normal for this stage in pregnancy to "not feel pregnant". I have quite a big bump too although have been told its really small for twins.

The kicks will come soon. I honestly didn't start feeling movements and kicks till I hit 20/21 weeks. Before then I felt nothing at all and didn't even feel pregnant. I don't feel kicks all of the time, but if I am laying down relaxing I do. And as far as I know I do not have an anterior placenta. I don't have any symptoms either, so sometimes I wonder if I'm even pregnant :haha:

I'm a little behind you, but can completely relate to what you are saying. I haven't felt any movement yet and so at the moment I am just playing the waiting game - I still sometimes get MS (it was bad yesterday morning!) but mostly it has cleared up now. I was having to get up twice every night to go to the loo, now I hardly have to get up at all. It is a bit frustrating and worrying as you simply don't know if everything is progressing ok!

You sound like me... I don't even get the uh... leakage. But I do have a rounded tummy now. Praying for movement so I can actually feel preggo. But I was also told I have an anterior placenta, so it's like baby is kicking a pillow and we can't feel it as much. Apparently placentas can move upward during the pregnancy though.

I'm trying to just be patient. :coffee:
