Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. Take the phone off him that's in your name - or get it blocked. Do not let him make more of a debt.
Go to CSA for child support.
Offer him set visitation, if he doesn't accept it.. Show up, etc... Decline him access. She needs stability. X

Agree with ceejay! I think as your LO is used to living with him and so has probably got a bond it's important to try and make things work but if he's not putting in the effort imo it's best to have no contact than instability x

But for visitation set up a schedule for when he has visit in court , you can't do much about him not showing up . He can come one week and not again for a month if he chooses and not much you can do , and if you deny him access it can cause problems for you if he goes to court and says you won't let him see her
My sons dads done it alot, when they are babies it isn't a huge deal as they don't notice as much , but when my sons got to around 2 I couldn't tell him his dad was coming to visit until I confirmed with his dad that he was on his way over so my son wasnt disappointed
