1st Appointment tomorrow.... just need a worry post!

This is going to be long and I don't expect anyone to read my worry post, but I just need to

I am so excited for my appointment tomorrow, but I am so worried. I know you can have a healthy pregnancy without symptoms, but that still does not stop me from worrying. Last pregnancy I was sick, I had headaches, I was EXTREMELY tired, I had gas, and I had acid reflux terribly.
This time I have... nothing. Maybe a little tired, and have slight "morning" sickness. Compared to last time its nothing, and it makes me think I'm imagining things.

I just hope I can get an early scan or something because as of now I really don't feel like this pregnancy is progressing. I haven't had any bleeding or cramping, but I'm worried I had a missed miscarriage or something. I don't remember being this stressed last time.

I am also worried because I moved and had to switch doctors. Tomorrow will be the first time I see this new doctor(hopefully its not just a nurse visit). I LOVED my other doctor and she was great. Unfortunately we moved so she can't be my doctor. I have an incompetent cervix at least that what she told me when I went through my loss a year ago. She talked to me about how next time I will be getting a cerclage and being monitored. I am SOO worried that my new doctor wont take it as seriously, and not recommend me to get a cerclage. I am determined to have one even if I have to switch doctors, but I really hope I don't have to.

I just really need to have tomorrow come and get my appointment going!

Thanks everyone ... and I do agree. Last time I lost 10 lbs before the second trimester, and I didn't really have much to lose. So I'm glad I've been able to stay so much healthier than last time.
I'm feeling a lot better about going to my appointment today compared to yesterday. Not as worried and more excited, only a couple more hours!
