1st birthday party food ideas, age range 1-6?

So ive started to plan lo's first birthday, hes having a messy play/creative party, its only a small gathering, around 10 lo's, but the ages range from 1, to around 6.

What kind of food would be good? It was £3.50 to cater for each child but i figure the younger ones wouldnt each much from a party box of food, so think i can do it myself, just looking for some inspiration.

Its an under the sea theme, although not looking for anything specific to that unless anyone has any good ideas!
