1st IUI cycle didn't work :(

I did letrozole 5 mg days 3-7 and then IUI. I'm so disappointed, got my period a few days ago. Back to next cycle! Anyone conceived on their 2nd IUI attempt?

I did. I did clomid and then a trigger shot both times. There was one follicle (we did monitoring), and it worked on the second try!

I didn't get a BFP on my first try but have gotten one on every other try after that. I can't remember if there was anything different about that cycle. I do know that I totally believe that Aspirin can help pregnancies depending on what your issue is. I just wish I knew that before the 3 losses that I suffered so I am trying to make sure others know about it also.
