1st round of clomid, cd18, all negative opk

Hi guys, I'm a bit stressy with my opk

I'm on cd18 now and took clomid days 3-7, haven't had positive opk yet, but temps spiked 3 days ago and cm went from ew to creamy (sorry tmi)

What do I do? Consider OV took place but no LH surge?
I will carry on temping but getting disheartened as time goes by

I took clomid in November and used opks but never once did I get anything even close to a positive so I assumed it hadn't worked for me only to find out a week later I was pregnant. Sadly ended in mc at 7 weeks but I obviously did ovulate, a lot of girls on here have been saying opks don't work for everyone so don't get disheartened. Its so frustrating I know.

Thank you for your support, I kinda have up on temping and opk this cycle( I will be more organised and determined next time. But I really hope I will not have to
