1st section + tubes tied, on 6th baby

So this is my and hubbys 6thh baba we are having a girl, so we have 3 of each now which is perfect, we have decided that are family is complete and that I should get my tubes tied and ask for an elective section (all the other birth were vaginal) but I also this time have a low lying placenta (which is another risk)

I always get induced at 37 weeks cos of pre eclampsia risk as I have high bp and kidney disease x so I am thinking this will be safer option to do it all at once (so to speak) I am shit scared of a section as well.

anybody been through the same x or could gibe me any advice x

p.s. as I am also a size 20 (I have a slight (tmi) overhang will this cause healing problems with the cut ?)
