Has anyone ever heard of a blood pregnancy test being wrong?

I have took multiple pee test and all were negative bit my blood said positivr

If the number was very low (<25) it would be too early to see on most home tests, have you tried a first response early test?

Would be good to know the blood numbers and what time of day you were taking the test
