2 days late. FAINT POSITIVE? Any good eyes?

Hey guys so I took a test 7 days ago and it was very obvious it was negative however now I am two days late, sore boobs , clear elastic discharge and constipation. I took a test and this is what I got. I know it’s not evap. Lines because I took the picture 1 minute after peeing.
