Does anyone else have this?

Both my girls have different Dads!

My eldests is a complete bumhole who wants nothing to do with her has been dodging the CSA since was born and I wouldn't wee on him if he was on fire :gun: in fact i'd probably just pull up a chair and roast some marshmellows yum yum!

My youngests is great, loves BOTH the girls unconditionally, on days where I've felt like Im going to go crazy and been in tears on the phone he's been here to take over, albeit annoyingly for me is here loads to spend time with them. Even does DIY for me when he stays at the weekends

If I ever mention how the CSA case is going with Eldests "dad" he gets all stressy and says that HE is her Dad and he supports her, emtionally, financially and in every way she needs and her "sperm donar is a c*nt" < Bless him.

For all his faults and although most of the time I want to tw@ him round the head, he is a very good Dad to my girls and I'm so pleased. I couldnt cope with another bum hole!

Just wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation?

And a big Hurrah for Good Dads and Boooo for Bad ones!

My ex is a bad lazy crap on to our daughter but obv gods gift to his new girlfriends daughter

just to offer mans opinion , i would hate it with passion if another man was supporting my child emtionally and financially and it would make my blood boil for him to call me a sperm donor or **** , but i suppose if you have given the father of that child every oppurtunity to be a dad then he has no one to blame but himself, i will never understand how a father can not want to be thier for his children.....full marks for someone steppin up and being a good role model , i dont think i could do it :)

eurgh feel for you, its the same with my eldests Dad, he was gonna walk away from his eldest daughter when we met but I spent 2 years of my life going through courts and all sorts to get him regular access to her and he completly ignores my daughter...

Everyone thinks he's some kind of saint or something :growlmad:

See where you are coming from Dave, but he knows his daughter thinks youngest dad is her dad and doesnt give a sh*t.

sorry i hope i did not come across wrong thier im not always very good with words..... what i meant to say was i think you have done everything you can as a mother by trying your best to allow the father to be a father and much respect for the other gentleman for steppin up and takin on the role himself, not many men can do that :)

My kiddos' dad is worthless. We do get along fine, he is just too selfish to ever see the kids. My ds saw him once in the past 9 years, and dd doesn't care. My exdh (we never had any kids together) is their "real dad", though. They all have the best relationship, and no matter how many times I want to bop him on the head, I am grateful for him. To my kids, he is the only dad that matters to them.

I think If I didn't have my own, eldest brother and father as role models I would lose hope in the entire male race. My brother had a bad relationship with the mother of his first son and they split (in the end) thankfully, amicably and he moved heaven and earth to get rights to his son, he paid for everything and more (despite not having much money) and everything turned out great between them in the end. He takes his son to school and picks him up every day despite having a full time job and now he is married to a woman who already had two girls (so he takes care of them too and loves them) and now they have just had a newborn baby son. He studied for a masters degree in forensic computer science during all of this and now has an amazing job. No-one works as hard as him and its all for his kids who he worships. For every tosser, loser FOB out there there is a far nobler and kinder man......it's just finding the buggers that's a problem LOL !!

my dd1 dad is an ass hole he does see her but chops and changes to suit himself and his gf. He is supposed to pay £7.43 a week cs and doesnt. Supposedly he onlty works pt but that is bullshit as far as im concerned. He doesnt contribute to anything and supposedly cant afford toilet roll but has gotten his gf pregnant how is he going to afford that??????? I hate him he is patronizing and a bully and if i dare question him i get grief but my daughter deserves to see her dad so i put up with it. I suppose i should be glad he wants to see her as i know how much it hurts when your dad cant be arsed with you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

i wish there was more decent dads out there but how are you meant to find out till its too late :/

I think its really sweet that even though you arent together he is willing to still be around for your eldest.. Sounds like he really loves her like a daughter, which is good cos she will have someone around when she is older.

He sounds like he is a really good dad. Nice to see :)
