2 dpo cramping

I'm only 2, maybe 3, dpo and having quite a bit of cramping today. This is new for me. I'm just wondering if it has to do with post ovulation progesterone levels or if anyone else ever gets cramping in their tww. I'm also 38 so maybe my body is starting to change with my age.

I tend to get a bit of cramping a couple of days after ovulation, it always makes me doubt that I ovulated when I thought

I used to get a lot of cramping just after, though its been a while im still waiting for my cycles to return after Depo! I always assumed it was down to the cyst bursting to release the egg, but who knows!
