2 month old pulling his hair!!

My baby has started pulling his hair the past few days and has basically pulled out everything from the front of his head! He has really bad cradle cap that I've been treating with olive oil and dentinox shampoo, most of th cradle cap has come off the back but we still have some stubborn ones that won't come off the front. That's where his pulled it all out

He basically scratching and pulling at his head which looks very sore and bleeding in places. I do put scratch mittens non but the min they off and I turn my back his at it again. In the space of two days his removed all his hair from the front of his head! I find him with hair all over his face, clothes and his clenched fingers. The back of his moses basket is also full of hair!

I'm not sure what to do now as he has hair at the back but basically bald now at th front. The hair has come out with the cradle cap attached to it. He has maybe two strands left at the front of his head

My wee one was a hair puller too, but not to that,extent. Do you have onesies with built in mitts? We used those.

Awww poor thing. I'm not sure what you could try if you have short sleeves or just diaper on him but if you still put anything long sleeve on him, I would sew a mitten to them or sew the ends together if long enough or do as the pp suggested and look for the ones with one on it already. My sister's toddler used to do that and she had beautiful, curly hair that she would just pull out but mostly at night so she would put a hat on her at night to keep it from happening. Maybe you could try something like that. I don't know how hot it is where you are though.

Sorry guys we do have scratch mittens on the sleep suits. I find those betters as he cant get them off but the min I take them to change him etc his already taken a huge chunk out! He no longer has any hair left at the top now
