2 questions!! Xx

Hey ladies,

I usually hang out in ttc after loss after my mmc in July. We concieved our dd on the 3rd cycle and our previous pregnancy on the 5th cycle. But after. 3 cycles my oh is worried about his sperm quality.

So my 2 questions are:-

1. Has anybody got any recommendations for a good men's prenatal vit (he's taking wellmann conception but want to swap if there's a better one )

2. Has anyone in the uk had a private sperm assessment? I'm pretty sure the NHS wouldn't entertain us if we asked for fertility help after conceiving twice reasonably quickly but it might put out minds at rest!

I heard maca root is good for men and women, men for better quality sperm and balances out hormones in women x

i would imagine you can privately but tbo if you've conceive fairly easily before there should be no reason why you shouldn't now. if hes worried maybe just try and eat healthly carry on taking the vits and im sure everything will be fine xx
