This is soooo sad! I wish I had never seen this video, how could anybody do that to a baby! I feel sooo bad for parents n for her having to suffer in such a terrible way and only 1 person helped her. I will never forget what happened to this beautiful baby girl, my prayers r with her family.

This has haunted me since I first watched the video. What was a 2 year old walking in the road, in the middle of the night on her own for anyway RIP little one.
