Hi new here don't know if I should here or in longer term ttc. Sorry for a long post.

I am now 34 years old and hubby is 35. We been married almost 10 years and been actively ttc since Nov. 2015.

But my story start before that in May and June of 2015 when i had month long AFs. I went to a OBGYN and had a ultrasound done that came back okay along with all my level that they blood tested for. In Nov. I started using a digital OPK to time my ovulation since my AF has always been weird. I never got the Peak fertility. So in Dec. I decided to uses the simple (cheap) strips to test everyday to see of I got a positive for ovulation. I didn't... so after one more month of me not ovulating and having very light AF. I went to a new OBGYN since it was going take a month at my old one get a appt and I really didn't like how they treated me.

I was put on Progesterone 4 times starting in February to start my period and get my cycle to complete itself. Finally in cycle 8 of TTC my doctor ultrasound to looked at my ovaries to see that the left not active at all and the right only had a few follicles. Finally after seeing that my doctor put me on femara in cycles 9 of TTC.

So how it started.... in sept 2016 I had Sept 30th 2016. they found no blockage in either fulpian tubes. It did take longer for the dye to go through my right tube. So i am hoping it cleared up my tube. On Oct. 7th i got a peak on my clear blue ovulation test kit. This was my 1st every peak reading in the 12 cycles ttc and it was a cycle I didn't uses femara. I got a BFP but it was short lived as I had a early miscarriage. After it was finally told to ne that i have Pcos. Don't why the dr. Didn't tell me sooner. I was put on metformin and as of now I have lost 25 lbs. But to my story.

Skipped nov. 2016 and in dec 2016 and Jan. 2017 i did femara and hcg shot. Hubby was being a pain and not going to get SA done so i had discount treatments until Oct 2017. Had to finally but a over the counter sperm check kit which up low fertile so I had to wait 2 month to get him to get a SA done which came back great l. So Nov and Dec 2017 i took Clomid and had NO active follicle. Jan. 2018 i did femara 5mg for 8 day nothing happen too but my cycle went to 30 day.

And this cycles I am doing CD 2 to4 5 mg femara and 5 to I don't know when I am doing 75 iu of gonal f. Which I hope work for us becuse I don't know if I can pay for another round it expensive when you paying out of pocket.

I have gone with the mind set of being very positive that it will help and started knitting a baby blanket for my baby.

As to you question no I didn't go on a major fertility diet I really cut my carbs and started exercising more. And watching my portions so I didn't eat a ton. I wish I had looked into to a good diet but I don't really do great on them.

Well I just finished day 3 shot of 75 iu and i have not gotten any side effect from gonal f... so I am hoping it work even those I can't see any effects

Doing really great did gonal f 75 iu from 5 to 9 and day 10 did 37.5 iu, on day 12 i had a Hcg trigger shot. Fertility friend put my crosshair at day 14. So happy it look like this will be a great cycle. On CD 18 i am doing bloodwork for my progestrone to make sure it in the correct range. Which i think is early but not complaining if my OB want to check early. And hope put me on it to make sure I have every chance to stay pregnant if I am.

Well got my result back from my OB my progestrone was 24.5 which they said is great and by the numbers I have ovulated. And to give them a call if I get bfp closer to my expected period date since I had a trigger shot.

Well temp staying up and went as high as 98° at 10 dpo.... nut of course my ovusense app is acting up so I can't see my temp from last night. Here my chart from yesterday

Well yesterday was a fun day NOT my period started so it's back to CD 1..

Called ob today on CD 2 starting 3 days of 5 mg of femara. And Monday CD 5 i will have a ultrasound to make sure it was follicles that he saw last ultrasound and than he will give my dosage of gonal f.

This been a hard period already this might be TMI but I uses a menstrual cup that should last 6 to 8 hours. I bleed so hard that I am emptying it 2 to 3 hours

I know you wrote this a long time ago, but my menstrual cup does not last long, either. I have PCOS and bleed a LOT. I have to empty my Diva Cup every 20-30 minutes on my heavy days and every hour on my fourth day through fifth day and then it's light enough to leave in a couple of hours for my final 2 days, as I have 7 day periods. I've never had a "normal" period. They're all extremely heavy, and I have to take iron pills because I become anemic.

I hope your ultrasound goes/has gone well today and that you find that you had ovulated!!!! Even if it didn't make a pregnancy, it's good to know that your body is doing what it's supposed to be doing!

💗💖 thank you my period uses to be 9 day of heaviness but in my late 20s I started having weird period and after month of long periods of month each. This was right before we started ttc. In Feb of the next year I found I have pcos. And than my period acted so weird.
This ultrasound today was to make sure i didn't have any cyst and to make sure I can take gonal f again.

Which came back great so I am starting with gonal f tonight. 37.5 iu tonight and tomorrow and than 75 iu until my ultrasound Monday and getting blood work this friday before the ultrasound.

Well just finished at the ultrasound tech... 3 good follicles one measuring 23 mm and one closes to 20 mm and last 17 or 18 mm.... now wait to hear back from my doc. To see when we're doing trigger. So excited the 23mm was the biggest I every had on CD 12 Ultrasound

Well it's been over a year since I was gonal f and didnt get pregnant, I took the summer/fall off. Went to see a specialist in Nov. We decided the iui would be the next step when I got my period... unfortunately that happen to close to Christmas so I was wait for my next period... that went for 88 cycle.

I also got a tooth abscess and an allergic reaction to some meds. So the beginning of to the new year not that great but I did start a new job with better health care but still doesn't cover infertility treatment. After all that I finally I get my period on March 10th (the day one of my bf delivered her 3rd child.) I decided I wanted to try some natural herbs. So I took 20 mg of black cohosh for ten day at the beginning of my cycle. (This was a personal choose I am not tell you do what I did.)

Well I don't if it was the black cohosh or me being on steroid to clear up the allergic rash I got that helped to get my system back in line but by my temps it looks like I ovulated.
