20 week scan, baby wasn't cooperating lol

Hi all I had my 20 week scan yesterday and desperately wanted to know the gender but baby was jumping about so much it was hard to get a good look. The ultrasonographer thinks its a boy but was not certain what do you guys think from this photo?

its so hard to tell at 20 weeks without it being a potty shot as there so big by then and nub has dissappered, this happened to me with my last baby, at 20 weeks she literally had her foot in her crotch so was impossible see, i was sooooo gutted that i couldnt find out that 2 weeks later i paid for a private gender scan lol xx
