Trying to do the Nub theory but I can't work out where/what is the nub. Any help?

This is tough because the baby isn't laying in a side profile position. He/she is facing us. This isn't based in any science, but I'm going to throw out a "boy" guys just because.

Thanks, Didnt realise it wasnt a side view. I'm really undecided. hopefully i'll find out for sure in a few days

Just took another look at the scan and now i can see the facial features. it makes more sense now. Thank you
