20 week scan report

Hello looking for some help I had my 20 week scan sonographer said everything looked healthy. In my area we don’t get paper maternity notes everything is on the app all that is noted on the app for my 20 week scan result is: Anomalies Present Fetus 1: None;

Can anyone help what does anomalies present mean? Thanks!

Anomalies in this instance means something that is not the norm and what they would not expect to see, since yours says none it basically means that everything is fine and baby is healthy x
