Urgh fuming with next! Their customer service is shocking! Anyone else had problems and found a way to resolve it?

Oh no! Seen a few comments like this lately. What's happened? x

I ordered last week for the first time and a few days later got an email saying id returned the order when id never received it so I rang them and the girl said it had never left the warehouse and arranged next day delivery. So should of been here yesterday and it didnt turn up so I rang them today and asked where it is and she said I dont know you just need to wait for it so I said thats not good enough and she just told me to return it when it arrives then. Fuming!

Go through facebook, they solve everything on there and really quickly!

Sorry this isn't Christmas Bargain related but I am desperate for a swim vest age 1-2 either new or used and they are rarer than hans teeth to get hold of, knowing what savvy shoppers on here I thought I would give it a go and see if anyone can find me one at a reasonable as I will only be using it for one week before it will be too small
