why is it everytime i go on amazon to order
something, it's bloody gone up in price!

I hate this! And sometimes I'll notice something has dropped in price on my wish list but when I go into the item they've dropped the price but increased the postage? Then it randomly goes back up in price with free postage.

I honestly think its shabby service. I know they have a 'right' to cancel orders, but I do think its wrong.

my verbaudat order arrived today and i got the boxers for my son and the tool set.

the box on the tool set needs a tiny bit of glue but im not going to complain because it seems like the deal was not really meant as a universal deal for everyone but i am going to complain that my parcel was left in my wheely bin

They left your parcel in your bin!? Who does that :/

All my parcels get left in my bin if they don't fit! Especially by Hermes. To be honest I prefer that to chasing them about the depot though as I don't drive and it's a faff.

Hermes because the couriers get paid per parcel they deliver rather then time it takes so if they try to deliver and they have to take parcel back with them they don't get paid for that time it took so they dump parcel where ever they can

But then I ring up and moan and give them card number so they get in trouble cos I don't think the bin is acceptable

I got my WH Smith books today also, Mamas and Papas have their first lot of Christmas bits in !!!!

Not sure they're a bargain, but they are lovely. Think I'm going to get DD a stocking from there this year

When did u order mine haven't even been dispatched yet?

I ordered mine last Thursday had a dispatch email yesterday but on the bottom of the email it says they will be ready to collect within 10 days :/

I hate Hermes! Last time they just threw my parcel over the back wall Luckily the Storio was well packaged but I was fuming!
Just checked on my vertbaudet account and it says tool box and tshirt ordered, says due to be posted 19th august...so surely that means I should recieve them in the next few days.

I got the email to say they'd been dispatched on Friday (16th), received them yesterday (21st). The bottom of my email only said receipt within 5 working days, not 10 like mumandco though... But maybe she ordered them to store?

Only 1 of my books have been despatched but I am still waiting for delivery, the other 2 are still pending. 1 of the books was not even on offer which is annoying as I could have got it from Amazon quicker!

Has anyone printed off that £5 off £30 spend Toys R Us voucher and spent it in store? Just sent DH to use it on the Imaginext Batman Jail, but I noticed it said on it that photocopied ones won't be accepted? Fingers crossed. x x x
