I can't get it to work

I don't know why I did and u can't, go to body shop search "love"
Then add one card to basket, I went to basket put 2 as quantity then I added
Mango Shower, Scrub & Soften Luxury Gift (98787)
Coconut Shower, Scrub & Soften Luxury Gift (98786) both usually £25

Then went to check out put code in and bobs ur uncle!!
