with regards to the disney store decorations, I have a tall window on the staircase which always gets neglected at Xmas. Do you think my DH would oppose me putting a 3 foot tree in it for the kids with just Disney decorations? Wondering how I could do it without him noticing x

Did you see what some people were doing last year, making disney ornaments. Buying the little plasticy rubber figures you can get and then putting on of these tiny hooks in the top of the head you know the sort that just screw in and tying a little bit of ribbon around the hook, they looked like real ones and people were making a bomb off them last year as they will not have realised they were homemade, the only reason I realised they were not the proper disney ones was because the little boxes of toy story two pack they were doing last year were used.

I wanted to do that this year after i saw cars 2 ones on ebay... where do you get the little figures?

you can buy the figures packs from the Disney store they are on 2 for £20 at the moment but you can pick them up singular at car boots for a few pence we have had a few as Gabriella just loves little figures and has hundreds. Even type in Disney figures on ebay you can get mixed bags that way too. A lot cheaper than the real christmas decorations.

Thats them the buddy pack ones, yes there were loads done of the toy story buddy packs last year on ebay there is the sort of figure you need. Because the little hooks screw in they go in quite easy

We have millions of these. I step on atleast one a day. I think i need yo have a crack at these. Get all these little figures off my floor.

Love the idea of a mini disney themed tree for lo. Might have to steal that.

Not sure! I think that's pretty good. I got mine for £9.99 from Mothercare but £13 is still pretty decent.
