I got a feeling I know why we suddenly being charged because when you enter the codes they say accepted as per terms and conditions well if terms and conditions say 1 code per person they don't have to honor the fact 2 were used

I can't find a T&c that covers codes? My invoice so far shows minus coz there are 4 codes on there! Oh no! Hoping they honour at least 1!

i'm under after using the 4 codes, i don't get an
invoice until the end of the month so will have to
wait until then but i'll be cancelling if they do which
is a shame as i like the service

I rang and they couldn't help because my invoice isn't generated yet, but said only one code could be used. She didn't understand the problem but obviously I didn't want to say too much. Eek!

No, I'm kicking myself on the 'too good to be true' side of things. I'll hopefully get my invoice and then ring and beg for the new customer code to be applied. My mum will have to do the same as I got her some food.

So they are in the right

quite crafty really as most shops don't let you apply codes you not applicable for where as they let you add the codes make your order and then tell you just before payment due that you can't use them

They know full well most people don't really read t and c so it's just a little tactic of theirs

My mum got charged the £20.19. I rang and they said they can see the 2 £10 codes and it must be a system error. She will leave a message once she finds out what she can do. I did say I'd only tried to use the MOMENTS code. I've told her to leave a message coz I really don't like not telling the truth

Is it ONE code per order? So if you've made 3 separate orders like I did then it could be ok?
It's their own fault really, thy have no minimum order and all these codes floating around.
Very sneaky to change people's invoices just before its due though
