To the ladies having the problems with m&m when you pressed see more on your invoices did it say pending on the codes or delivered? xx

Mine all say delivered. X

That's what I'm trying to work out lol! Mine say delivered & was just wondering if they still try charge those who they have already accepted the codes on the invoices as well if that makes sense? I'm assuming they will though so I'm glad that I messed mine up & put a £5 code on instead! xx
 
Warning for those that ordered the balance bike, it comes in it's actual box with no amazon box so obviously has pictures of what it is all over it!


I found this out today when I collected it from my neighbour thankfully my little boy was asleep so did not see it!

I'm ringing them as soon as my OH gets home, they have to honour two at least, £10 something I'll willingly pay.
 
i cancelled the DD on one of my m&m
account and i've just logged in, this
is what it says:

Your account has been suspended as there has
been a problem with your payment method and/or
you have an unpaid balance of £0.00 Please pay now
and check that your payment method is still correct,
then your account will be reactivated shortly.


they haven't charged me
all they can do now is send me a paper bill

Im due to pay m and m on sunday by DD and havent been sent an invoice yet by email. When I click on my account and download the invoice it all says delivered and a minus balance, so Im really hoping they dont charge me. Ive also got another order coming tomorrow again, using a code, with a minus balance, which Ive been debating if to cancel, but I dont think I will, I`ll chance it. I have also ordered a few bits which Ive paid for this week.
 
Can someone give me a wink if they see the aquadoodle go down to a tenner again please... or the stick man book.... xXx

I havent received the refund yet. Checked my bank. Dont know how long it will take to show up so I can check if they have refunded it. xxx

My aquadoodle order arrived this morning and I emailed them explaining what had happened and was offered a full refund and told to keep them too. The lady was really nice and I was very impressed at how quickly they resolved it:flower:
 
should have ordered some, free aqua mats
would have made a good pressie for one of the
